Can you believe that you can do exercises to lose weight without leaving your desk?

What I have done is invented a series of exercises that you can do whilst sitting at your desk. There are 20 exercises in all and it will take you about 15 minutes to do the whole routine. Less time than it takes me to drive to the gym and back.

I am already noticing an improvement in my muscle tone just by doing these exercises a couple of times a day. But the real benefit is that the calories I’m burning are helping me to lose weight.
